To the editor: I am writing this letter to highly recommend Mike Thurston for the position of district attorney in Waukesha County. I have had the privilege of working with a few of his campaign members, and during this, I have been consistently impressed with his dedication, integrity, and passion for justice.
Mike is an exceptionally talented attorney with a strong background in criminal law. He has a keen understanding of legal procedures and a sharp eye for detail, which has allowed him to successfully prosecute numerous cases during his time as deputy district attorney. His commitment to upholding the law and ensuring that justice is served is unwavering, and he always approaches his work with the utmost professionalism and diligence, along with compassion for the victims.
In addition to his legal expertise, Mike is also a natural leader who has a talent for inspiring and motivating those around him. He is a husband, father and member of our community in which he serves. He stands out as a caring neighbor, friend and family man. His strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with others make him an invaluable asset to anyone seeking justice.
As a mother, his outlook on protecting those from trafficking is something that is feel is very important.
As a woman and mother of young adults, his unwavering diligence prosecuting criminals who are repeat sex offenders and domestic abuse criminals puts my mind at ease knowing he has our best interest in mind, and will not stand for these actions taking place where we call home.
I have no doubt that Mike Thurston would excel in the role of district attorney in Waukesha County. His passion for the law, his commitment to justice, and his outstanding work ethic make him an ideal candidate for this position. I wholeheartedly endorse Mike for this role and believe that he would make a significant and positive impact on the community.
